Malala Yousafzai of Pakistan has once again called for an end to hostilities in Gaza following an attack on another school by Israel in the occupied territory.
Palestinian officials reported that an Israeli airstrike on a UN-run school in the strip resulted in about 16 fatalities and numerous injuries.
“Malala said, It breaks my heart to witness another Israel’s 3rd attacks on a Gaza school. Yousafzai said on X, “We cannot turn a blind eye to breaches of international humanitarian law and ignore the deaths of innocent people.
Malala went on, “I underline the critical need for a long-term ceasefire.”

The health ministry said that thousands of displaced individuals were being housed at the building at the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
The Israeli attacks military issued further orders late on Sunday, directing residents and displaced families in many Gaza City districts to vacate their homes, but the violence inside Gaza did not stop.
On October 7, militants commanded by Hamas, the organization in charge of Gaza, launched an onslaught on southern Israel, resulting in the deaths of 1,200 people and the kidnapping of another 250 others, according to Israeli estimates.
Gaza health officials report that Israel’s military assault has killed over 38,000 Palestinians, and the coastal enclave has mostly collapsed into rubble.
A cease-fire appears unlikely as long as Israel is determined to eradicate Hamas.
