The Pakistani embassy in Muscat, the capital of Oman, has recognized four Pakistanis who lost their lives in a mosque shooting.

The Pakistani embassy made a statement on social media naming Ghulam Abbas, Hassan Abbas, Syed Qaisar Abbas, and Suleman Nawaz as the martyrs killed in the mosque shooting.
The Pakistani ambassador stated that armed individuals had taken several worshippers hostage in the mosque during the terrorist incident, including women and children. Omani police subsequently rescued the hostages from the mosque.
According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, the terrorist incident occurred at the Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque in Muscat.
Omani police reported that the gunfire took place at the Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque in Wadi Kabir, Muscat, last night.
Security forces in Oman stated that they had killed 3 terrorists who attacked the mosque in Wadi Kabir. The incident resulted in the deaths of 6 people, including one police officer, and 28 others were injured in the mosque firing incident.
