According to the Civil Aviation Authority spokesperson, the affected aircraft is still on the runway, causing the runway to be unavailable for flights. Flight operations at Peshawar Airport will remain suspended until 10 AM on Friday morning. All airlines have been notified by the aviation authority regarding this issue.
As per the notice, incoming flights to Peshawar will be diverted to alternative airports. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Board has been notified of the incident, and an investigative team will conduct inquiries into the incident.
